- Legal Transaction Data: Information request forms, audit logs of consent and commercial message opt-in/opt-out status, correspondence with competent judicial authorities.

Your personal data is processed strictly in accordance with Article 4 of KVKK (lawfulness, fairness, accuracy, proportionality, purpose limitation, and storage limitation) for the following business purposes:

- Reviewing callback requests submitted via web forms and enabling our commercial gym specialists to provide advisory consultation,

- Organizing worldwide logistics, heavy equipment freight handling, on-site assembly, and technician commissioning,
- Issuing certified warranty documentation, delivering ongoing after-sales servicing, and supplying original replacement parts,

4. Method & Legal Grounds for Data Collection
Personal data is collected electronically and automatically or semi-automatically through our website forms, direct emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and server logging mechanisms.
Your personal data is lawfully processed under the legal grounds stipulated under Article 5 of KVKK:

EION SPORTS maintains its digital servers and database records within secure data centers located in the Republic of Turkey, without unauthorized cross-border data transfers.
6. Data Retention & Destruction Policy
Personal data is retained only for the duration required to achieve the processing purposes stated herein and in line with statutory limitation periods (generally 10 years under Turkish Commercial and Tax laws). Upon expiration of the statutory period, data is systematically and irreversibly deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with statutory destruction regulations.
7. Data Subject Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you are entitled to exercise the following rights by contacting EION SPORTS:

- Request detailed information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of data processing and whether your data is used in accordance with its intended purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or internationally,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
- Request the erasure or destruction of personal data under conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK,
- Request notification of corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom data has been transferred,
- Object to any unfavorable outcome produced exclusively through automated systems analyzing your data,
- Claim compensation for damages incurred as a result of unlawful data processing.
8. Procedures for Exercising Data Subject Rights
In accordance with the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your request regarding your rights via one of the following official channels:

- Registered Email: Send an electronic application from your email address previously registered in our system to info@eionsports.com.
Your application must state your full name, signature (if written), Turkish Republic ID number (or passport number for foreign nationals), residential/business address, notification email/phone, and a clear description of your demand.
EION SPORTS will conclude your request free of charge as swiftly as possible and within thirty (30) calendar days at the latest. If the response requires an additional operational cost, fees may be applied according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
